Dry Marinades

With KKS dry marinades you can produce spicy and colorful marinades in a twinkling of an eye. Those marinades are based on water and oil and can also be used as dips and sauces even for catering purposes. We have a great variety for every taste. Our marinades distinguish themselves through their very good application on meat products and render a very economic production. Because of their long shelf life you can produce the marinade right in time when it will be necessary and exactly the right quantity. No more broached cans of marinade at the end of the season.

Dry Marinades

Our dry marinades (powder) have been developed for a combined application together with KIBO ZART, (art. no. 6250) which gives the meat juiciness and makes it tender.

Application of the dry marinades on meat, pre-treated with KIBO ZART:
For 1 kg of ready to use marinade mix 160 g of the dry marinade SR together with 460 g water and 380 g oil until you will have a creamy mass.

Application:
For 1 kg of ready to use marinade mix 140 g of the dry marinade SR together with 410 g water, 350 g oil and
100 g salt until you will have a creamy mass.
Dosage: according to taste; recommendation:
100-130 g per kg meat

Dry marinades

KKS’ most beloved ready-made seasonings are now available as dry marinades and thus offer you a convenient way of infusing and flavouring meat, vegetables, potatoes or even tofu. They are characterized by their long shelf-life, their high product stability and easy application and can either be used as rubs in dry form or as a liquid mixture with vegetable oil.

Application advice: to improve the tenderness of the marinated meat product, we recommend the pre- treatment with Kibo Zart tenderizer and the usage of our salt reduced Dry Marinades SR
